Returns

At Tishil, each pair is crafted to meet our highest standards.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All protective materials must remain intact

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for sizing issues within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose:

  • Store credit

  • Or a refund (where applicable)

Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn footwear

  • Custom or special-order pieces

  • Items damaged after delivery


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
